Professional Experience
Titus has over 20 years of experience as a practising attorney.  In 1994, Titus obtained his B.A degree from the University of the Witwatersrand (“Wits University”). In 1996, he obtained a LLB degree from Wits University. In 1997, he obtained a Diploma in IT for Non-IT Managers (first class) from Damelin.

Titus specialises in various fields of law, in which he has acquired extensive experience. These areas of practice include review, drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements, general corporate and commercial law, corporate finance, information technology law, intellectual property law, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial litigation, due diligence investigations, procurement law, regulatory and administrative law. He has advised and continues to successfully advise various clients in the public and private sectors.  He has advised various clients in the Public and Private Sectors, including Industrial Development Corporation, National Home Builders Registration Council,  Government Printing Works, Independent Electoral Commission, Eskom, Phembani, the City of Johannesburg, including its municipal owned entities such as Johannesburg Development Agency and City Parks, and many other clients of the firm.

From time to time, Titus also provides training sessions, workshops and seminars on various topics, including outsourcing, service level agreements, mergers and acquisitions, negotiation, development and management of contracts, and other related topics. He has conducted extensive workshops for various clients in both the private and public sectors.

Titus has served as a member of the Licensing Executive Society of South Africa. He was also a Member of the Institute of Directors. Until September 2008, Titus was the Chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Local Government SETA.  He is a Member of the Legal Practice Council.
